1. Where we deliver
- We deliver to serviceable PIN codes across supported Indian states. Check your PIN on any product page before ordering.
- We currently do not ship outside India.
2. Processing & delivery time
- Orders are packed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- West Bengal: 2–4 business days. Other states: 4–7 business days after dispatch.
- Timelines are estimates; delays may occur due to weather, festivals, strikes or courier issues.
3. Shipping charges
- Free delivery on orders of ₹499 or more. A small delivery fee applies below that, shown clearly at checkout before payment.
- No hidden charges — the amount at checkout is the final amount you pay.
4. Order tracking
- Once shipped, you receive an update and can track your order anytime on our Track Order page or from your account.
5. Receiving your order
- Please check the package at delivery. If it looks damaged, take photos and contact us within 48 hours.
- Make sure someone is available at the address; couriers usually attempt delivery up to 3 times.
